You do not need to settle for whoever is closest, you are welcome to travel a few minutes to find the right fit.

What you can bring

Support for what is weighing on you

Tweed Heads sits on the border, and a lot of people here live across two worlds: work on the Gold Coast, home in northern NSW, or a shift roster that never quite lines up with everyone else's week. That split can make support hard to arrange, and it is often part of why people reach out.

Travelling a little south for a session can help. It takes you out of the routine you move through every day, and the drive back is often the quietest part of the week.

You do not need a diagnosis or a tidy label. If something is affecting how you feel or function, it is worth talking about.

  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Depression and low mood
  • Trauma, PTSD and the effects of difficult pasts
  • Grief and major life changes
  • Workplace, caregiving and carer burnout
  • Support for first responders and athletes
