Counselling for Kingscliff

For people around Kingscliff and Salt, Rikki-May Nielsen is just a few minutes' drive north along the coast in Cabarita Beach. You can attend in person in a calm beachside room, or meet online from home. The Tweed Coast is small enough that the right counsellor can be close by, without compromise.

What you can bring

Support for what is weighing on you

Kingscliff and Salt have grown quickly, and many people who live here are holding a full life together: young families, shift work, a business, or a move that left them further from the people they used to lean on. Counselling is an hour where you do not have to look composed.

A few minutes north also means you are unlikely to run into anyone you know in the waiting room, which some people find makes the first session easier.

You do not need a diagnosis or a tidy label. If something is affecting how you feel or function, it is worth talking about.

  • Anxiety, worry and racing thoughts
  • Low mood, motivation and depression
  • Complex trauma and childhood experiences
  • Grief, separation and life transitions
  • Relationship patterns and boundaries
  • Perimenopausal health support
